Job summary

Savills Group in Dubai seeks a Dubai-based candidate to support the IT team with on-site and remote workstation support and to help maintain core business systems, guided by senior team members. The role is based at our Dubai Media City, Arenco Tower office with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm hours.

The ideal candidate is a recent IT graduate with a basic grasp of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking, plus a willingness to learn, communicate clearly, and document work accurately.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of Windows, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Excel is expected. Exposure to ServiceNow, Active Directory, Power BI, SharePoint, or scripting (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage but not required.
• Eager to learn and adaptable, good problem-solving, polite and patient with users, clear written and verbal communication, and careful attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Fluent English - written & spoken

Responsibilities

• Service desk support: Log incidents and requests in ServiceNow, capturing user details and issue descriptions accurately. Resolve basic issues and elevate to the relevant team member when needed.
• Workstation and user support: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications. Guide users who are unfamiliar with tools or solutions.
• Basic user administration: Handle password resets and account unlocks, and assist with user set-up in Active Directory under supervision.
• Documentation and reporting: Update trackers, inventories, and incident records. Document common fixes and workarounds, and keep ticket status communicated to users.
• Learning and development: Shadow team members on system administration, CRM platform support, and routine reviews. Take part in team feedback sessions and complete assigned training.
