Job summary

SmartField Tech in Dubai seeks a Technical Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support for end users and infrastructure. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, coordinating with remote teams to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

You will manage service tickets, document incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and assist with deployments, rollouts, and routine maintenance. Fluency in English and UAE experience are advantageous for stakeholder interactions.
