Aman is seeking an IT Executive to serve as the on-site technology lead for our Dubai Corporate Office. You will provide day-to-day IT support, manage desktop devices, and administer the global Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID and Intune, while collaborating with regional teams.

The role requires strong customer service, executive-facing communication, and the ability to maintain secure, compliant IT operations in a luxury hospitality context.

Formación

• 3-5 years of IT support or desktop administration in a corporate office environment.
• Experience as primary IT presence in an office, or in a small team with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of conditional access, MFA, and identity controls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, endpoint protection, phishing and incident response basics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support for users at the Dubai corporate office with professional service.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business apps.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests, escalating to regional teams or vendors when needed.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing, and permissions.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives by managing multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and endpoint security.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and deployment across platforms.
• Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are operational for executive meetings and hybrid events.
• Manage IT asset inventories, licensing, procurement, stock control, warranty claims, and lifecycle management of devices.
• Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and device deployment.
• Support network infrastructure, office moves, and IT documentation to maintain business continuity.
