Job summary

Aman Group in Dubai seeks an IT Executive to lead on-site IT operations for the corporate office. You will provide day-to-day desktop and device support, manage the global Microsoft 365 environment, and collaborate with regional IT teams on security and collaboration tech.

This hands-on role requires strong customer focus and the ability to own local IT operations end-to-end, including incident management, Intune and Entra ID administration, and supporting executive meetings and hybrid events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support/desktop administration in a corporate office.
• Experience as the primary IT support presence in a multi-site international business.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of conditional access, MFA, and identity controls.
• Experience patching and vulnerability remediation on Windows endpoints.
• Experience supporting AV and video conferencing in an office.
• Strong service to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Broad Windows/macOS/iOS/Android device support.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing tools; change and asset management.
• Scripting or PowerShell for admin tasks (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for users across the Dubai corporate office.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and apps.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests with escalation.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA and conditional access.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and policy deployment.
• Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are operational for meetings and hybrid events.
• Manage IT assets, licensing, procurement and lifecycle of devices.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning and access management.
• Support network infrastructure projects and IT documentation.
