Job summary

IT Excellence in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator with 6–12 years to own day-to-day operations across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and hybrid identity.

You will lead migrations, implement zero-trust security, automate provisioning with PowerShell and Graph, mentor juniors, and produce runbooks in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent enterprise experience.
• 6–12 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID / Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and enterprise apps.
• On-premises Active Directory experience including GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Proven hybrid identity engineering and Entra Connect troubleshooting.
• Strong Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online admin experience.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and API automation with Graph.
• Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and identity security.
• Experience leading migrations or tenant consolidations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 core services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 Admin Center.
• Manage Entra ID tenant objects, enterprise apps, app registrations, Conditional Access, and PIM.
• Administer on-premises AD infrastructure: domains, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Configure and troubleshoot hybrid identity sync using Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect.
• Implement MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and least-privilege access.
• Lead migrations and tenant consolidation initiatives.
• Automate provisioning with PowerShell, Graph, and Exchange Online modules.
• Manage M365 licensing, service health, incidents, and escalations.
• Support Purview, DLP, and audit compliance; prepare runbooks and diagrams.
• Mentor junior admins and serve as escalation point for identity and collaboration services.
