Job summary

Aman Solutions For Cyber Security in Dubai seeks an IT Executive to lead on-site IT operations and provide day-to-day support for corporate colleagues. You will manage desktops, devices and collaboration tools, as well as administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and security controls with a strong focus on user experience and reliability.

You will partner with regional/global IT teams, support executive staff, and help drive cyber security and endpoint compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT support or desktop administration in a corporate office.
• Experience in multinational/multi-site environments preferred.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 in production, including Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of identity controls: conditional access, MFA, SSO.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity basics: endpoint protection, phishing, encryption, DLP.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for users at the Dubai office.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests with regional teams or vendors.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, MFA, conditional access and endpoint security.
• Administer Intune for device enrollment and policy deployment.
• Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are operational for hybrid events.
• Manage IT asset inventories, licensing and lifecycle of devices.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, device deployment and inductions.
• Support network infrastructure, tech projects and IT documentation.
