Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support End User in Dubai for a 6 month extendable contract. The role focuses on providing advanced end-user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux, with strong troubleshooting skills and collaboration with the IT team.

You will manage Active Directory, group policies, and network services, perform OS deployments, and assist in IT hardware upgrades while maintaining documentation and knowledge

Qualifications

3+ years of desktop support or IT support experience.
Proficient with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and OS deployments (SCCM/H Ghost).
Manage AD accounts, GPOs, and permissions.
Remote troubleshooting and SLA-driven incident handling.
Collaborate with Level 1 support to resolve escalations.
Prepare hardware/software upgrades and maintain knowledge base.
