Job summary

Halian is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support End User in Dubai to join the IT team. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, maintain desktop systems and ensure smooth IT service delivery across the organization.

The role focuses on advanced end-user support, OS installations, software deployments, AD administration, and remote troubleshooting to minimize downtime and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic Linux.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers.
• Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP and core networking services.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for end-users on hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop problems across Windows/Mac/Linux and peripherals.
• Perform imaging, OS installations and software deployments (SCCM, Ghost or similar).
• Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and permissions.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support to resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and support via remote desktop tools.
