Job summary

Capital International Financial Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive growth of the Investment Platform.

You will identify new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales targets while representing the brand at industry events and client meetings. The role requires regional financial services experience, strong communication, and travel readiness to engage with institutional, direct, and intermediary clients across the Dubai

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the region in Financial Services in a Business Development role.
• Preferably 7+ years in financial sales in other jurisdictions.
• Established B2B network with Financial Services Institutions in the region.
• High performing individual with proven new business wins.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building client relationships.
• Results-driven with track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strategic thinking and market planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities (Direct, intermediary, institutional).
• Manage and develop existing business relationships.
• Handle new inquiries via email and phone.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Demonstrate and explain Capital International Financial Inc.'s systems and products.
• Present the Investment Platform to clients or at events, in person or remotely.
• Meet or surpass sales targets and provide reporting to the Commercial Director.
• Participate in networking events and monitor sales data trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing on strategies and materials.
• Lead Business Development Consultants and drive team meetings.
• Undertake quarterly risk assessments of business functions.
• Reflect Capital's values in public-facing activities.
