Role Description The Business Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving business growth, overseeing strategic initiatives, and managing key operational priorities. Developing and executing business plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new investment and partnership opportunities. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, setting performance objectives, and coordinating cross-functional activities to meet financial and operational targets. The Business Director will manage sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that business activities align with the company’s vision and regulatory requirements. This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership to monitor performance, optimize processes, and support decision-making with robust analytical insights.
