Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with interior construction methods and site coordination.
• Strong ability to interpret shop drawings and submittals.
• Ability to resolve technical issues on site while preserving design intent.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing shop drawings, coordination drawings and material submittals.
• Responding to RFIs and resolving issues with contractors on site.
• Developing practical detailing solutions where designs need to be adapted for construction.
• Coordinating technical information from MEP, lighting and AV/IT consultants.
• Carrying out site inspections, workshops, snagging and de-snagging.
• Working with the document controller to track submissions, responses and outstanding information.
