Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai seeks a Project Manager/Design Site Supervisor to oversee interior design works on site, ensuring drawings are executed as intended and quality standards are met. You will act as the bridge between design and site execution, supporting the Technical Design Manager to resolve site issues and coordinate stakeholders.

With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will lead site visits, manage multiple projects concurrently, and produce regular client reports and MOMs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in interior design project management or design supervision (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and site coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Technical Designer / Technical Design Manager and work under their direction.
• Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress and execution.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are fully compliant with site implementation.
• Identify design and site issues, report them clearly, and resolve design-related matters with the Design Manager.
• Prepare project reports and MOMs to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of site observations and agreed actions; support inspections and handover.
