Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior leader to oversee the technical function for Interior Design and Finishes across multiple projects in Dubai. You will drive design development from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing ID drawings, specifications, and material compliance, while leading value engineering to optimize cost, and coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction or interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (DM, DEWA, Civil defense).
• Experience with high-rise towers, large-scale developments, and full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical function for Interior Design and Finishes across multiple projects.
• Oversee the full design development process from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client vision.
• Ensure all ID drawings, specifications, and materials comply with Employer’s Requirements, brand standards, and project objectives.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining design quality and intent.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless integration of design and execution.
• Manage approvals from authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil defense) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve mock-ups, material submissions, and finishing samples for quality consistency.
• Provide technical guidance for complex design and construction challenges.
• Monitor ID and finishes works for safety, quality, and company procedures.
