KOBS Realty in Dubai is looking for a proactive telecaller to turn inquiries into conversations, qualify leads, and move clients to the next steps with the team. You will also appear on camera for social media content as needed.

You will manage calls with prospective buyers and investors, understand client goals, log notes, and ensure timely follow-ups. Dubai residence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of telecalling, telesales or inside sales experience.
• Strong command of English, spoken and written.
• Additional languages are a strong plus (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or others).
• Confidence speaking on camera.

Responsabilités

• Call and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand each client’s goals: budget, timeline, and whether they’re buying to live or to invest.
• Qualify leads and pass serious prospects to the team with clear, useful notes.
• Log every conversation and keep every follow-up on time.
• Build relationships that outlast the first call.
• Appear on camera for company social media content when required.
