KOBS Realty in Dubai is seeking an inside sales associate to turn enquiries into conversations, qualify leads, and move prospects to the next step. You will call prospective buyers and investors, understand goals, and pass serious prospects to the team with clear notes.

You will log every conversation, maintain follow-ups, and build long-lasting relationships. Occasional on-camera appearances for social media content are required. Dubai resident with 1-2 years experience preferred.

Formación

• 1-2 years of telecalling, telesales or inside sales experience.
• Strong command of English, spoken and written.
• Additional languages are a strong plus (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or others).
• Confidence speaking on camera.
• The resilience to handle objections, rejection and a full day of calls without losing your edge.
• Organised follow-up habits, so nothing slips.
• A genuine interest in Dubai's property market.
• You currently live in Dubai.

Responsabilidades

• Call and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand each client's goals: budget, timeline, and whether they're buying to live or to invest.
• Qualify leads and pass serious prospects to the team with clear, useful notes.
