Job summary

SkyWing Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist (Real Estate) for a full-time, on-site role. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants and investors, present property offerings and qualify leads for the sales team.

You will maintain detailed CRM records, follow up on leads, support marketing campaigns, and work with sales agents and management to optimize conversions and deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with telesales, lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
• Training mindset to absorb product and market knowledge quickly.
• Experience in real estate, telesales, call centers, or business development preferred.
• Proficient with CRM tools, call tracking, and basic office software.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities
