Job summary

KOBS Realty in Dubai is seeking a telecalling professional to turn inquiries into conversations, assess client needs, and move them to the next step with the team. You may appear on camera for social media content.

You will follow up with prospective buyers and investors, log conversations, and build lasting relationships. The role is based in Dubai with a base salary and commissions, reporting to the Founder, and visa discussion as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of telecalling, telesales or inside sales experience.
• Strong command of English, spoken and written.
• Additional languages are a strong plus (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or others).
• Confidence speaking on camera.
• Resilience to handle objections, rejection and a full day of calls without losing your edge.
• Organised follow-up habits, so nothing slips.
• A genuine interest in Dubai's property market.
• You currently live in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand each client's goals: budget, timeline, and whether they're buying to live or to invest.
• Qualify leads and pass serious prospects to the team with clear, useful notes.
• Log every conversation and keep every follow-up on time.
• Build relationships that outlast the first call.
• Appear on camera for company social media content when required.
