Job summary

Leading HVAC Company in Dubai is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead service operations and client handling for premium AMC projects in Dubai. You will supervise a team of HVAC technicians, provide technical guidance, manage breakdowns, and ensure quality for client sign-off, with immediate joining.

The role requires UAE driving license, 2–4 years experience in UAE, and fluency in English to communicate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

2–4 years UAE HVAC supervisor experience.
Must be in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
Currently in Dubai for immediate joining.
Experience supervising 5+ technicians; chilled water expertise preferred.
Fluent English; able to explain technical issues to clients.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 HVAC technicians; manage daily tasks, breakdown calls, and AMC visits.
Provide technical guidance on Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, Chillers, Ducting; troubleshoot issues.
Diagnose issues via phone or site visits; guide technicians to resolution.
Quality check completed work before client sign-off.
Train and upskill junior technicians on best practices and fault diagnosis.
