Job summary

Converge is seeking an HR Specialist based in Dubai to support HR operations and ensure compliance with local employment regulations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, HR administration, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.

The role requires practical UAE HR experience, ability to manage daily HR responsibilities, and a proactive, confidential approach to handling employee matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in Dubai.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and local regulations.
