Job summary

ZMC Express Cargo in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function, leveraging deep knowledge of UAE labor regulations to support business growth. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and cost-effective compensation practices across fast-paced logistics operations.

You will build compliant HR processes, deploy HRIS and reporting systems, and partner with department heads to align people strategy with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• HR-related professional qualification (e.g., SHRM/ CIPD / HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, planning and governance.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
• Ensure UAE labor compliance and documentation.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and HR cost control.
• Drive training, development and culture initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations and HR reporting.
• Coordinate HR policy implementation and governance.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed.
