Job summary

OT in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage HR operations across our diverse business portfolio, including two restaurants and a rent-a-car company, overseeing 70-80 employees.

You will ensure efficient HR administration, employee support, and compliance with UAE Labour Law, handling records, recruitment, payroll, visas, and policy implementation.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, payroll, WPS, insurance, OHC, ILOE, and Emiratisation.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple units (hospitality or automotive preferred).
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with the PRO for employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and government procedures.
• Manage medical insurance, Occupational Health Cards (OHC), and ILOE compliance.
• Track attendance, annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, and other employee absences.
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance records, overtime, and WPS requirements with the finance team.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, document expiry dates, and employee settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable Emiratisation requirements.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary documentation, and HR policies.
• Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
