Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee documentation, ensuring HR records are accurate and up to date.

You will coordinate with candidates, employees, managers, and management, assist with onboarding, prepare letters and contracts, track attendance and leave, and help with payroll data and HR reporting while upholding UAE regulations and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Previous HR coordination or HR administration experience preferred.
• Understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/ATS is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
• Professional and confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee files, HR databases, attendance records, and other documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and leave data.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and uphold company policies.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Organize HR training and performance reviews.
