Job summary

Accor is seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Finance Analyst in Dubai to support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will coordinate General Ledger activities, prepare financial statements, and analyse departmental profitability to provide commercial insights for hotel management.

The ideal candidate will have a solid hotel accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of USALI and hotel budgeting processes. Hybrid work arrangement in Dubai is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA qualification or part-qualification preferred.
• Recommended 4-5 years of hotel accounting experience.
• Preferably at least 2 years in a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing procedures, General Ledger accounting, and reconciliations.
• Practical understanding of hotel financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly General Ledger closing and reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and schedules.
• Analyze GOP, NOP, and departmental profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with department heads and Finance teams.
• Ensure USALI compliance and internal control standards.
• Assist with audit coordination and financial data reconciliation.
