AccorHotel Fairmont is seeking a skilled hotel accountant to coordinate monthly General Ledger closing, prepare departmental P&L analyses, and ensure USALI-compliant reporting. The role requires strong controls, SUN/Opera Cloud/Micros knowledge, and collaboration with operational departments in a luxury hotel setting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 4–5 years of hotel accounting experience and advanced Excel skills, plus business English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant hotel accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel, financial analysis and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of SUN, Opera Cloud and Micros.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Business English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly General Ledger closing activities, journal entries, accruals and prepayments
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, provisions and unusual account balances
• Prepare monthly financial statements, departmental P&L analysis and GOP/NOP reports
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and rolling projections with operational departments
• Support cash flow forecasts, working capital monitoring and CAPEX tracking
• Ensure reporting complies with USALI and hotel policies
• Coordinate internal control self-assessments and audit responses
• Reconcile financial data across SUN, Opera Cloud, Micros and BIRD systems
