Job summary

Hilton in Ras al-Khaimah seeks a Finance Analyst to transform numbers into insights for strategic decisions. You will prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, monitor hotel performance against plans, and deliver timely recommendations to improve profitability.

Requirements include a Finance/Accounting/Business Administration degree and at least three years in financial reporting, with strong Excel skills and hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in financial reporting or similar finance role.
• Hospitality or hotel finance experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and operational reports.
• Analyze business performance with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, profitability, and KPIs.
• Support P&L analysis and financial performance reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and rolling projections.
• Develop dashboards, financial models, and reporting templates.
• Validate data integrity and document discrepancies.
• Prepare management insights and executive summaries for reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance and operations to obtain accurate data.
• Support strategic initiatives and investment evaluations.
