Job summary

Accor is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Auditor and Cost Controller to join our Dubai hotel finance team. You will verify daily revenue across departments, monitor expenses, and support budgeting and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in auditing or accounting, preferably in hospitality, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with POS/PMS systems. On-site work in Dubai with opportunities to contribute to cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years in auditing or accounting; hospitality industry preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel revenue processes and financial systems.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Revenue Auditing: verify revenue from hotel departments.
• Reconcile income from rooms, F&B, spa and other services.
• Review POS and PMS reports against supporting records.
• Verify revenue records and reconcile cash, card, and bank deposits.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.
