Job summary

Inspire Selection partners with a leading Abu Dhabi hotel group to recruit an experienced Senior Management Accountant. You will deliver monthly management accounts for multiple hotel entities, lead the month-end close, and provide variance analysis to support commercial decisions.

You will drive budgeting and forecasting, mentor junior staff, and work with management across the business to monitor revenue, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Hotel finance experience is required.
• Multi-entity reporting background.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple hotel entities.
• Lead the month-end close process.
• Produce variance analysis for management review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Partner with hotel management teams on financial performance.
• Monitor revenue and payroll controls.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and integrity.
• Support statutory audits and internal controls.
• Mentor junior team members and develop finance staff.
