Emirates Islamic is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for Home Finance in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring, managing, and retaining customers, while delivering professional sales and advisory services in line with Shariah requirements.

You will generate leads, assess financing needs, guide applicants, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, always maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Home Finance, Mortgage Sales, Retail Banking Sales, or Financial Services.
• Experience in the UAE banking sector is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Home Finance products to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads through branch referrals, real estate developers, brokers, and personal networks.
• Assess customer financing needs and recommend suitable Home Finance solutions.
• Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation submission.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Legal, Valuation, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing and timely approvals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to provide updates on application status.
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and external business partners.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and quality targets set by the business.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products such as accounts, cards, Takaful, investments, and liability products where appropriate.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and property market developments.

Customer Relationship Officer – Home Finance

Job Purpose

To acquire, manage, and retain customers for Home Finance products by providing professional sales and advisory services. The role is responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the Home Finance journey while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.

Key Responsibilities
