Job summary

AnandRathi in Dubai seeks a senior Relationship Manager Head to lead our RM desk, drive NRI client acquisition and retention, and be the primary client contact. You will design financial plans and ensure advisory quality.

The role requires proven overseas wealth management or private banking experience, strong team leadership, and a track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Overseas Wealth Management/Private Banking experience.
• Stability of 3–4 years in the current organization.
• Team management and handling of client relationships and AUM.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team of Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers.
• Plan and achieve self and team sales targets through Wealth Management products.
• Acquire NRI clients and grow their AUM.
• Maintain client relationships and generate AUM from NRI clients.
• Stay updated on investment opportunities and market trends for client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance in financial planning, asset allocation and product sales.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members and manage attrition.
• Organize seminars, workshops and business development activities.
