Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head of Relationship Management to lead the RM function, oversee engagement with minors, guardians, and beneficiaries, and establish service standards and KPIs.

The role requires 10 years' banking relationship management experience, with preference for wealth management/private banking, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Location is Abu Dhabi, and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relationship management or equivalent banking/financial services role.
• Experience in retail banking, wealth management, or private banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the relationship management function, overseeing engagement with minors, guardians, and beneficiaries.
• Establish service standards, relationship management processes, and performance KPIs.
• Oversee complex beneficiary cases, escalations, and coordination with internal departments.
• Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
