Job summary

MESQCO in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in sales across hardware, ironmongery, carpentry, and door manufacturing. You will identify opportunities, build key relationships, and drive revenue growth in the UAE market.

Candidate must have 5+ years of sales experience, a valid driving license, and deep knowledge of local hardware products. Travel will be required to visit clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the ironmongery, hardware retail, carpentry or door manufacturing segments.
• Valid four-wheeler car driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and ironmongery products with a good understanding of the local market.
• Degree with 5 years sales experience in the market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across ironmongery, hardware retail, carpentry and door manufacturing segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware retailers, carpenters, door manufacturers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Generate leads, visit clients, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve business growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company’s market position.
