Job summary

PK Vacation House Rental Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the team with strong communication and leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least two years’ experience in a vacation-houses company in Dubai, fluent English, and a UAE driving license.

You will oversee guest services, coordinate with developers and managers, manage utilities and property records, and ensure compliance with DTCM rules. The position is full-time with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Vacation Houses company in Dubai.
• Fluent in English.
• UAE Motorist License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in permits, short-stay, and liaise with developers/managers.
• Manage utilities linkage for onboarded properties (Gas, Net, DEWA, Chiller links).
• Conduct regular inspections before guest and proprietor arrivals.
• Coordinate with Service Growth Managers, interior divisions, and third-party providers for furnishing homes.
• Assist Organization Development Representative with new device signups.
• Release and record keys/cards/remotes for all properties.
• Handle energy-related issues (Gas, Net, Power, AC).
• Prepare property audit records and submit quotes for stock and maintenance to proprietors.
• Ensure proper paperwork and daily/weekly reports to line manager.
• Record and update stock and furniture per company and DTCM requirements.
• Organize daily teams and train new employees.
