Job summary

A renowned restaurant in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, ensure high standards of service and cleanliness, and resolve guest complaints. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in fine dining, strong table-service etiquette, and good leadership skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus. This full-time position includes a salary of up to 7K AED, depending on experience, plus monthly incentives and tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as Senior Captain Waiter or Team Leader with FOH experience in fine dining.
• Experience in Dubai preferred; fast food/cafeteria not accepted.
• Open to male Arabic speakers, up to 40 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations, including waiters, runners, and stewards.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally.
