Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4-star hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and implementing the F&B strategy, driving revenue growth through bar and banqueting operations, and leading the F&B team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The candidate will manage costs, budgeting, stock and wastage, while Collaborating with kitchen and other departments to optimize service. Fluent English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Strong experience in bar operations and banqueting.
• Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
• Identify ways to increase revenue and attract new guests.
• Drive growth of bar and banqueting operations.
• Plan and promote events and other revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor F&B sales, costs, budgets, stock and wastage and take action to improve results.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service standards are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
• Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.
