Job summary

Buildup in the UAE is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business in exhibitions, events, conferences, and brand experiences. You will target government and major corporate accounts, lead proposals, and close high-value projects across the UAE.

The role requires a hands‑on sales leader with a track record in revenue growth, strategic account development, and tender processes. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of sales, business development, or commercial experience in exhibitions/events/brand experiences.
• Proven experience selling to government and semi-government entities in the UAE.
• Track record of generating new business, acquiring clients, building pipelines, and closing major projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire major clients across the UAE.
• Build relationships with government and semi-government entities, ministries, authorities, and key decision-makers.
• Lead proposals, presentations, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Estimation, Production, and Operations teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close major contracts.
• Own sales targets and revenue growth.
