Job summary

Dubai-based workplace seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations and manage a skilled team in a fast-paced, international city.

You will develop menus, ensure food safety compliance, manage purchasing and budgeting, and schedule staff with a hands-on leadership style. A culinary degree is preferred but not essential, and applicants from abroad who demonstrate commitment are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen and managing a diverse team.
