Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Manager - Emiratisation Talent Sourcing to lead UAE National talent sourcing across its businesses. The role drives Emiratisation initiatives through partnerships, market mapping, and targeted campaigns, while partnering with Talent Acquisition to support workforce needs.

The candidate will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to leaders for workforce decisions, ensuring compliance with UAE

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Emiratisation and UAE national talent sourcing.
• Experience leading sourcing teams and engaging with business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE requirements and UAE labour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Emiratisation sourcing strategies aligned to hiring objectives.
• Lead talent mapping and market intelligence to engage UAE National talent.
• Build pipelines via diverse channels including universities, gov partnerships, and social platforms.
• Drive sourcing performance with metrics, SLAs, and candidate experience.
• Provide data analytics and insights to leaders to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure governance and compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Lead employer branding and national talent programs to strengthen MAfuttaim's employer brand.
