Job summary

Auxo Talent is recruiting for an Emiratization & Workforce Development Manager to join a leading multinational organisation in Dubai. The role focuses on Emiratization initiatives, local talent development, learning and development, and broader workforce development programmes.

You will manage Emiratization initiatives, coordinate learning plans and support employee engagement, wellbeing and performance management across a diverse, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Emiratization, Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication skills.
• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience; 1–2 years considered.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated industries is a plus.

They are currently looking for an Emiratization & Workforce Development Manager to join their HR team in Dubai.

The role will focus on Emiratization initiatives, local talent development, learning and development, employee engagement and wider workforce development programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in HR, Emiratization, Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience, although candidates with 1–2 years will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Emiratization initiatives and workforce development requirements.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated industries would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent.
