Zusammenfassung

Michael Page is seeking a recruiter for UAE-wide graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes. The role partners with hiring managers, attends university events, and coordinates interviews, offers and onboarding across the UAE.

The successful candidate must be an UAE national, fluent in Arabic and English, with 2+ years in recruitment or HR-related roles, and willing to travel across the UAE for events. The position adopts a hybrid working model in Dubai.

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
