Job summary

Axios International is seeking a Digital Associate – Customer Support to ensure a seamless user experience for Axios+ users. You will handle inquiries, manage data integrity, and act as the primary contact for internal and external users.

You will collaborate with the Digital team, Business Analyst, and Project Management to resolve incidents, improve platform functionality, and deliver accurate data reporting while adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level education in Business Administration, Management, IT or Digital.
• 3-5 years professional experience in customer service capacity, ideally in a digital Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Service Desk, handling all incoming user queries.
• Receive, analyze, and categorize incoming requests, maintaining organization and service quality.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs; assign Level 1 tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with Business and Project Management teams to define scope and design solutions.
• Create reports and analyses that provide insights to improve operations.
