Job summary

Axios International seeks a Business Excellence & Engagement professional for a Healthcare Field Role in Dubai. The role leads a regional team, manages access programs, and represents Axios in meetings with patients, doctors, and partners across hospitals and clinics.

The position requires coordinating with regional HQ and delivering monthly and quarterly reports, while ensuring timely patient enrollment and accurate program deployment. Travel to facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of nursing or healthcare experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in data monitoring or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional team and manage access programs with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, patients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and on-demand client reports.
• Ensure timely enrollment of eligible patients into programs.
• Carry out administrative duties for the office.
• Coordinate pharmacovigilance and safety reporting per client requirements.
