Responsibilities

• Own CX LoB deal cycles and drive customer value realization.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and broader account strategy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead AI and innovation initiatives, including PoCs and partner co-investments.
• Support solution advisors with demos, enablement programs and scalable assets.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to balance client outcomes with growth.
