Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer based in Dubai to guide enterprise customers through onboarding and maximize value from Splunk deployments. You will manage critical escalations, provide proactive environment health recommendations, and collaborate with cross‑functional Cisco and Splunk teams to ensure renewal and expansion.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required to support Gulf, Levant, and North Africa customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Account Management (TAM), Customer Success, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in Gulf, Levant, Egypt and North Africa markets.
• Experience managing and resolving technical customer escalations in an enterprise software environment.
• Applied project management methodologies to plan and execute technical deployments or customer initiatives.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences for Splunk solutions.
• Provide proactive environment health recommendations to optimize deployments and performance.
• Manage and resolve critical customer escalations to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Facilitate internal advocacy with cross-functional Splunk and Cisco teams.
• Contribute insights during Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders to align on value realization and future goals.
• Partner with Account Teams to align success strategies with broader business objectives and regional expansion.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback for improvements.
• Engage with CX teams and executive leadership to ensure a unified regional approach to customer success.
