Job summary

Nextra in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling inbound enquiries, conducting outbound calls, and supporting customer acquisition activities.

The role may involve a mix of outbound calling, customer service, and back-office tasks, with a requirement to maintain accurate customer records and generate reports for the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Outbound Calling, or related role.
• MS Excel experience and basic data management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the assigned database.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and other messaging platforms.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for Team Leader.
