Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) in Dubai seeks a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, manage data, and support acquisition efforts. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the assigned database.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Team Leader.
