Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Customer Service Executive (CSE) to deliver outstanding service, handle inbound enquiries, conduct outbound calls, and support customer acquisition.

You will maintain accurate records, manage data, and prepare reports for timely follow-up on leads. The role may involve a mix of outbound calling, customer service, and back-office tasks, with day or night shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related role.
• Fluent bilingual Hindi and English with strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the assigned database.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other messaging platforms.
• Follow up with prospective leads and convert enquiries into customers.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records and databases.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by the Team Leader.
• Follow up consistently on pending leads and customer requirements.
