Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned contact information.
• Introduce company services in a clear and professional manner.
• Explain relevant service information based on approved communication guidelines.
• Identify customer interest and record appropriate responses.
• Follow up with interested prospects according to assigned schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow‑up requirements.
• Update customer information when required.
• Communicate basic service details in understandable English.
• Respond professionally to routine customer questions.
• Escalate inquiries requiring additional support to the appropriate team.
• Work toward assigned daily and monthly calling objectives.
• Maintain appropriate call quality while handling a high volume of customer contacts.

• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding qualified leads and follow‑up priorities.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for assigned working schedules.
