Job summary

GETHR, a fast-growing founder-led DTC ecommerce brand based in Dubai, is hiring a Senior Creative Lead to own the creative function for scaling performance campaigns across international markets.

You will manage a team of 45 video editors, develop ad concepts, and collaborate with media buying to drive CPA/ROAS. We value ownership, speed, and long-term team growth. You will build systems to scale the creative team and stay ahead of trends in Meta/TikTok.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience producing directing or strategizing performance video ads for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram/TikTok and ideally Pinterest creative.
• Experience managing briefing or reviewing video editors, even informally.
• Proven track record of ads that performed at scale with CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Hands-on skills in Premiere, After Effects and CapCut.
• Fluent, clear and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 45 video editors, briefing, reviewing, and providing feedback.
• Own the weekly creative testing pipeline across Meta and TikTok.
• Develop ad concepts and clear briefs editors can execute.
• Collaborate with media buying to interpret performance data and decide scaling.
• Stay hands-on for urgent tests and revisions.
• Track and report on creative performance metrics (hook rate, CTR, ROAS).
• Build systems and workflows to enable scale of the creative team.
