Jobgether is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor based in the United Arab Emirates to craft engaging paid social video assets for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You will edit user-generated content, demos, and founder videos into high-converting ads, while iterating variations to boost performance.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production, and collaborate with strategists to meet campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of direct response video editing experience for DTC brands.
• Strong paid social video advertising portfolio showcasing performance.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Solid understanding of hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused advertising.
• Copywriting experience for ad scripts and ad copy.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, or Pika.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct response video editing: Produce short-form advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, prioritizing engagement and conversion.
• Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into ads.
• Develop multiple variations of hooks, CTAs, angles, and concepts for performance testing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production workflows.
• Write or adapt scripts and ad copy to communicate product benefits and drive action.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
• Use established templates and systems to ensure on-brand assets and efficiency.
• Source and organize assets including UGC, stock footage, and B-roll.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to align with campaign goals.
• Incorporate feedback and insights to improve creatives and maintain output velocity.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
