Z Plus Limousine L.L.C. is recruiting a Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client portfolio in Dubai and the UAE.

This field-based role focuses on meeting and converting prospects into long-term accounts for corporate transportation, chauffeur services, airport transfers, and event mobility. The ideal candidate will generate new business, engage senior decision-makers, and drive revenue with strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset and ability to win new business.
• Ability to independently generate leads, not rely only on inquiries.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to spend substantial time visiting clients and meeting decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective B2B clients across Dubai and the UAE.
• Conduct regular client visits and business-development meetings.
• Target corporate offices, hotels, travel agencies, DMCs, event organisers, tourism businesses and hospitality groups.
• Establish contact with decision-makers in procurement, HR, travel and hotel management.
• Understand client transportation requirements and propose limousine solutions.
• Prepare proposals, rate agreements and customised offers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to contract activation.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals and closures.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, reservations and accounts for onboarding and delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback and revenue forecasts.
